Our Solution

Our product, TumorMask©, provides an advanced Al model for brain tumor segmentation, leveragingdeep learning to analyze MRl scans and accurately delineate tumor boundaries. With a validationaccuracy of 98-99% and a dice coefficient of 88%, it replacing time-consuming manual procedures and addresses common challenges such as missing modalities from patient moving during the MR scanning process.

Our deep learning model accurately identifies the brain tumor regions and delineates maskings that segment the actual tumor boundaries, achieving an accuracy benchmark of 98.7%.

The usage of the model requires only the uploading of four different MRI modalities, saving up to 1.5 hours compared to manual segmentation.
